Nature & Beyond International supplied and installed a full custom teak pool and beachfront package for a five-star beachfront resort in JBR, Dubai — sunloungers, mattresses, and matching side tables, delivered under the client’s CAPEX programme and assembled on site by our own team.
The Brief
The resort required a full poolside furniture replacement programme built to withstand continuous beachfront exposure — sustained UV, salt air, and heavy daily guest use — while matching the property’s own colour palette and design standard. Delivery and on-site assembly needed to run under the resort’s own permit-to-work process, with minimal disruption to guest areas.

Engineered for Gulf Conditions
Direct beachfront placement demands sustained resistance to salt air, humidity and constant UV exposure. Teak was selected specifically for its natural durability under these conditions, kiln-dried and treated before production, with outdoor fabric rated for colour-fastness and water resistance under continuous sun exposure.
Delivery & On-Site Assembly
Goods were delivered under a two-container consignment and inspected on arrival against the packing schedule, with our leadership attending personally to check delivered goods at random before anything was signed for. Assembly was carried out on site by our own team, working under the resort’s own permit-to-work process — not a subcontracted crew meeting the furniture for the first time.
Outcome
Furniture manufactured to specification, delivered, and fully assembled on site under the resort’s CAPEX programme. Subject to final technical review and as per specifications provided.
