Indoor Chairs — Specification Questions

Can indoor chairs be produced to our brand standard?

Yes. We produce to the brand specification supplied by the client or their FF&E consultant, in your selected frame finish, fabric and detailing. You are not required to adapt your design to an existing range.

Can you supply upholstery to fire-rating standards?

Yes. Upholstery can be supplied to the fire-rating standard specified for the project. The required standard should be stated with the enquiry so that fabric and foam are specified correctly from the outset, subject to final technical review.

Do you provide samples before production of restaurant and hotel chairs?

Yes. Once an order is confirmed and before mass production begins we produce samples for approval, so the client, the designer and our production team agree design, materials, finish and quality standard before the run is committed.

What quality control is carried out on indoor seating?

Quality is checked at three stages: materials and specification are verified before production, work is inspected during production, and a final check is carried out before dispatch. Sample approval sets the reference standard.
